Tumble is the second hospital in World 2 of Two Point Hospital. To unlock it, the player will need to reach Star Level 
in Flottering, which will also grant them access to Mitton University.
The first hospital which has no Initial Objectives to achieve before being given the Star Objectives, Tumble is notable for introducing the Fracture Ward, a new multi-illness room, and the first of Two Point County's natural disasters, the earthquake.
Career Mode[]
Welcome to Tumble. This small town attracts tourists from across the county to climb Tumble Ridge and hike along the Tumble Downs. Lucky for you, this generates hundreds of fractured bones each year. Cha-ching!
You'll need to build a Fracture Ward to deal with these injuries. I recommended building a standard Ward and other essentials too. Make sure to keep everyone warm with some radiators.
Tumble has been known to experience seismic activity, so look out for earthquake warnings. We'll need Janitors ready to deal with any damage.

R.E.M.I. X Mode[]

Can you imagine preparing a hospital, full of untrained staff, for one huge wave of patients? Well you don't have to imagine it, because it's happening right now!
R.E.M.I. X is giving you some time to prepare before they arrive, and will cover almost all of your running costs, so train your staff, build facilities and remember what they say about fractured bones... If it ain't not broken, don't not fix it...
Horde Challenge[]
This hospital deploys a unique spin on Horde Challenge Mode, in that only one large wave needs to be completed to pass the Star Challenge. This wave consists of 100 patients, most of whom require treatment in the Fracture Ward, and appear after 100 days. If the wave is completed successfully with a cure rate of 75%, the level's star is awarded. If it is failed (or indeed otherwise), then the wave will repeat after 30 days.
At the outset, all five plots are in the player's possession, with various rooms already built and three Humerus Injury patients already waiting for treatment. Present are 8 doctors, 12 nurses, 5 assistants and 6 janitors; all are at Level 3 but with no skills trained, except three of the janitors, who possess Motivation, Mechanics I and Ghost Capture, respectively. Running costs are covered by the hospital, in the style of Index Challenge Mode.
