Grockle Bay is the first hospital in World 4 of Two Point Hospital. To unlock it, the player will need to reach Star Level 
in Duckworth-upon-Bilge, which will also grant them access to Sweaty Palms. The hot climate is introduced to the game here, and thus the need for air-conditioning, and it is possible to encounter a new epidemic, in the form of Jogger's Ripple.
A new VIP Visitor will attend in World 4, Agatha Sphere, leader of the Orb Foundation, bringing with her various mind-bending powers. A new clinic illness, Cubism, will make its first appearance, as well as the Recurvery Room, in which it can be treated.

Welcome to Grockle Bay. It's a tourist hotspot. Prepare to be inundated with germ-ridden holiday makers who can't cope with the heat in the south.
I recommended investing in some air-conditioning at the earliest opportunity.
