Bigfoot is the first DLC expansion for Two Point Hospital.
The Bigfoot DLC unlocks a new region of Two Point County that features new Hospitals, Illnesses, Rooms and Items. Available to buy from the 5th December 2018, the game was updated on the same day with a large patch, Update v1.09, for the base game, available to all players.
Description[]
Explore a new wintery region, featuring three brand new hospitals, 34 new region-specific illnesses (including 9 new visual illnesses), and a whole host of new in-game items.
Local celebri-yeti Bartholomew F. Yeti, the otherwise reclusive furball, has been petitioning for better healthcare in the Pointy Mountains, home to the most frequently forgotten people in all of Two Point County. Mr Yeti will need your help, curing new illnesses such as Cold Shoulder, Bard Flu, and Aurora Snorealis!
Unlock[]
As soon as the player returns to the world map after achieving Star Level 
in Flemington, three hospitals will be unlocked: Smogley, Melt Downs and Underlook Hotel. Although it is possible to play through the Bigfoot DLC at this point, and the game does not warn against it, it is still recommended to unlock the Surgery and DNA Lab rooms in the other two hospitals mentioned, as the Bigfoot DLC features patients for both, and the Healixir is a powerful diagnostic tool. Playing Duckworth-upon-Bilge is also a useful experience, as this level introduces the Target Challenge Mode that makes a reappearance in Underlook Hotel.

Underlook Hotel[]
Welcome to Underlook Hotel. This Hotel & Resort suffers from misfortune and bad management, resulting in accidents, outbreaks of disease and unhappy guests. The owner is sick of negative reviews and diminishing profits, so they've set up a ‘medical emergency budget’ to salvage the hotel’s reputation and avoid any more lawsuits. You’ve been invited to run the resort’s brand-new medical facility.
Instead of being paid for processing patients, you’ll be given money for completing targets set by the hotel, and receive a monthly performance bonus based on how successfully you've been treating guests. For the first three months, all of your running costs will be covered by your monthly bonus. Swelbard[]
Welcome to Swelbard, the most remote town in all of Two Point County. You’ve been invited to rejuvenate the Swelbard Research Institute by setting up a research hospital. As well as treating the area’s ills, you’ll need to complete some of the Institute’s outstanding research.
Swelbard is an isolated place, so it may be difficult to find staff willing to come here. Any available candidates are likely to be unqualified, desperate, or unskilled townspeople that feel like pitching-in. You’ll need to train your faculty if you’re going to cure some mountain-people and salvage the Institute’s reputation from the academic toilet.
Roquefort Castle[]
Welcome to Roquefort Castle, well, one of the Roquefort Castles. The aristocratic Roquefort family have kindly loaned us one of their castles to set up a hospital.
The family have also given us some technology that they commissioned to help revitalise party guests after their infamous cheese banquets. The Cryomatic may have been designed for wine-heads, but it's also found to have medical applications in this ghoulish part of the County.

Enjoy new seating options (including the revolutionary Cube of Sitting), decorate your hospitals with the finest ski-ware, or simply place down a gorgeous fir tree and furnace and lap up the wintery atmosphere.

Avalanche | An avalanche disaster causes lots of snow to obscure the hospital and makes everything shake, similar to an earthquake disaster. Avalanches cause damage to machinery. |

Hailstorm | Hail will fall from the sky, injuring patients and damaging machinery. The hailstones themselves will remain in the hospital and need to be cleaned up by a Janitor. |

Ghost Infestation | If a hospital is haunted, a ghost infestation may occasionally occur. During these events, several ghosts will appear throughout the hospital and cause general ghostly chaos until janitors come around to clean them up. |
